  5. You can breathe in thinking of the word “relaxation.” As you exhale, think of “calmness,” “peace,” or any word you feel comfortable.
  6. Without a doubt, allow yourself to enjoy the sensation of relaxation that comes over your body as you breathe slowly. As a result, you allow tension to leave your body.
  7. Begin each day with 10 minutes of breathwork techniques.

Many breathwork techniques take only a few minutes. But, you can do them for 10 minutes or more when you have more time to get even greater benefits.
