𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐭𝐨𝐨)⁣

This was the year of major #𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 . A year of so much transition, so many lessons & so much growth.⁣
⁣
As I coach more and more people through starting their businesses and giving their dreams life, I realize that I was not alone this year, even though at so many moments I felt it.⁣
⁣
2019 was truly the year that Spirit said it’s time for a massive change in so many of our lives so we can impact a massive change on this planet. ⁣
⁣
So whether we felt “ready” for a shift, it happened.⁣
⁣
Jobs lost, relationships ended out of the blue, friendships ended, opportunities taken away, things and people and places that were familiar were no longer even an option for so many of the collective.⁣
⁣
But why?⁣
Why was 2019 a year of massive shift, transition & growth?⁣
⁣
Because without 2019, the foundation would not be cleared and ready for 2020.⁣
⁣
The foundation needed to be cleared of all the things that were not serving us but that our human side couldn’t let go of.⁣
⁣
For myself, going into the next year and chapter of my life, I feel like I already started to build the basement and 2020 will flow.⁣
⁣
My advice (which I am giving myself too) is to really start to build and grow and nurture the areas of life that have been overhauled in 2019.⁣

Lost your job and have been wanting to start a new business or venture? Beautiful. Make a list of the first 3 steps you can do immediately and consistently to further that.⁣
⁣
Lost romantic partner and feel sideswiped by it? Use this growth opportunity to look inward, do the work we can only do alone, and intentionally call in the next human to share space with. ⁣
⁣
For me, I’m continuing to grow soul relationships & collaborations that feed my soul and grow my community.⁣
⁣
