IN THIS EPISODE YOU WILL:
-Get a chance to experience breathwork in the comfort of your own home.
-Experience how powerful breathwork is, even if done virtually.
I will guide you through the whole experience. I want to give you all a taste of what it’s like to do a breathwork class with me.
If you want to dive into this experience, here are some things you need to be able to make the most out of this breathwork session.
– Put on comfy clothes.
– Do not eat at least two hours before the experience.
– Get some headphones and a nice spot on the floor or in your bed.
– If the light bothers you, put on an eye mask and get yourself in a space to meditate, relax, and do some breathwork.
This experience and total will last about 45 or 50 minutes.
Breathwork has been the modality and tool that has changed my entire life. It has allowed me to work through deep wounds, overcoming and tackling limiting beliefs, which has allowed me to create two thriving businesses while having more peace in my body and soul.
